Mike loves salads and eats one just about everyday.  Here are some of his favorites.  Enjoy!

Mike’s latest veg out recipe is a killer salad made with organic spinach, chickpeas, fresh sweet peas, slicked black olives, and grated Parmesan cheese. Dressed with balsamic and olive oil and chia seeds, this bad boy is healthy a delicious.

Long name, delicious recipe. Mike’s latest veg out videos is loaded with flavor and nutrition. Vegan/Vegetarian, this baby is made with sliced cukes, fresh apricot, julienne kohlrabi and tomatoes. Dressed with Balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, this is a refreshing summertime salad…slaw…whatever.

Mike’s latest killer recipe is all about flavor. Made with albacore tuna, he kicks this baby up with sauerkraut, sliced organic celery and carrots, fresh arugula, and seasoned with cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, hot chili peppers, olive oil, mustard and black pepper. One of Mike’s favorite foods, arugula is loaded with fiber, vitamin K, A, and C, an excellent source of antioxidants to help fight cancer and it is heart healthy too. Its unique peppery taste is awesome in salads, sandwiches, and any savory dish. Peace…

Mike’s latest killer recipe is killer slaw! Serrano pepper, shredded onion, and chia seeds kicks this up to killer status. Made with shredded cabbage and carrots, mayo and sour cream, olive oil, and seasoned with white wine vinegar, ground mustard and celery seeds, sugar and salt and pepper.

Long title but worth the effort. Mike makes a fast, simple, and easy chickpea, avocado and tomato salad. Add some shredded cabbage and chia seeds, and dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and some goddess dressing, and this baby rocks. Try it today.

Happy 4th of July. Mike celebrates with his killer potato salad! Loaded with spices and flavor, this recipe also has red potatoes, black olives, dill pickles, sauteed onions and garlic, olive oil, mayo and mustard. Oh, and lots of wonderful spices. It is truly killer!

Mike loots his pantry and fridge to make this “kitchen sink” killer tuna salad. Besides wild albacore tuna, this recipe is made with chickpeas, black and green olives, chopped cabbage, hot salsa, and seasoned with olive oil, champagne vinaigrette, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, and dill seed.
